Who you are
- We are looking for exceptional people with the ambition and the will to positively change the world
- Our ideal Senior Product Manager has worked on authentication products such as multi-factor authentication, certificate-based authentication and integrations with large-scale identity platforms such as Entra, Okta, and Google for the enterprise market
- You bring a solid understanding of industry standards such as OpenID Connect, SAML 2, OAUTH, OATH, FIDO 2 and design-oriented product design
- You bring strong release and NPI processes and product management lifecycle foundations while maintaining a balance of urgency and flexibility
- At least 9+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility and scope
- Experience at one or more identity or security startups having seen growth through various stages of size (e.g., ex-Duo Security, ex-Okta)
- Domain knowledge and experience developing and launching mission-critical, high availability enterprise identity and/or security products within Cloud and hybrid environments is a must
- Building software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions which enterprises participate in early beta and feedback sessions prior to release
- Data-driven, user research and customer-centric validation mindset with OKR ownership
- Not limited to New York Metro Area. Remote candidates in the U.S. may apply
- BA/BS degree or higher
What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager of Authenticate, you will own the vision, strategy, and product feature roadmap for HYPR Workforce solutions for enterprises
- You will drive strong alignment and prioritization with engineering feature teams focused on scaling the solution to the next 500 customers
- You will collaborate with product design, technical documentation, marketing, customer support, pre/post sales and to continuously improve ideas, user journeys, user stories, user experience, use cases, demos and exit criteria
- To be successful, you will be communicating across a wide range of internal stakeholders, external integration partners, and global enterprise customers
- At HYPR, product managers build for a wide range of end user personas ranging from mobile app consumers, workforce access professionals, IT administrators, integrators, developers, and business leaders

Hackers can devastate companies of any size, and passwords are a prime target for these criminals. There has been a significant rise in cyberattacks based on password hacks in recent years, so the necessity for passwordless security has never been greater.
HYPR offers its customers a solution to this threat by providing passwordless authentication. By eliminating passwords, organizations decrease the risk of a cyber-attack, increase positive user experience, and lower operational costs. HYPR's platform reduces account takeover fraud by almost 99%, leading to a ROI of over 300% due to the prevention of expensive leaks and hacks.
Cybersecurity is projected to be a $300 billion industry by 2030. HYPR positions itself strongly against competitors in the market, such as Duo Security and LastPass, by using a decentralized approach. This results in hackers being forced to go device to device to device, rather than attacking millions of accounts in one swoop.
HYPR has raised a significant amount of investment, most recently in a 2024 Growth VC round. This infusion of cash will help to expand the company's go to market strategy and accelerate its research and development. Having already established itself as a leader in passwordless authentication, with 2 of the US's largest banks among its customers and over 1 billion individual users, it is well-positioned to capture a growing share of the enterprise cybersecurity market.
