Role
Who you are
- Proven experience managing or contributing to a People function in a People Generalist or similar role
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Experience in - Talent Acquisition including in-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and employees at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and the ability to apply them effectively
- International HR experience
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
What the job involves
- Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
- Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process through sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Continuously improve and refine the recruitment and interview process with a data driven approach
- Facilitate a pipeline of strong talent for future hiring needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the external and internal job posting process, ensuring all opportunities are communicated effectively and are accessible to employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records -, including application materials, interview notes, and hiring decisions
- Conduct necessary pre-employment screenings, including background and reference checks
- People Generalist:
- Be an ambassador for our company values and ensure these are reflected in all our processes and policies
- Partner with our other People & Culture Manager on the design and execution of our People strategy
- Manage, own, or assist other People-related tasks and initiatives as needed, including employee relations, performance management, and policy development
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, employee data, and relevant documentation
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Conduct new hire orientations, act as a point of contact for new hires, and monitor the progress and integration of new hires, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a successful transition into their roles
- Collaborate with managers to design and deliver additional training programmes for continuous employee development

Cluedin already has customers in a range of verticals including Nordea, SAP, and Ticketmaster and is currently focused on increasing its customer base in the US market. The founding team is made up of engineers from Sitecore who aim to use their experience to scale the company further.
