What the job involves

Working closely with new customers throughout the onboarding process
Collaborating on product development to automate parts of the onboarding process
Coordinate with engineering, legal, and customer success teams and come up with solutions to handle incoming requests from customers
Designing and implementing integrations with customer 3rd party systems (Salesforce, Netsuite etc)
