Role
Who you are
- You have strong programming and software engineering skills, especially in Python, and follow best practices like version control and scalable code design
- You bring practical experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models, including deep learning and statistical optimisation
- You are proficient in developing data pipelines for large, complex datasets using Python, SQL, NoSQL, and big data tools, preferably on AWS or Azure
- You have hands-on experience with LLM operations and agentic AI tools such as GPT-5, LangChain, and vector databases
- You understand MLOps, including deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

- Here, engineers and strategists collaborate daily, compressing years of traditional progression into an accelerated path. As an AI Engineer, you’ll operate at both the visionary and technical frontier, steering teams who build, own, and transform essential platforms and products
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI systems using machine learning and data-driven approaches.
- You’ll integrate ML models into production-ready AI solutions while collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams. Monitor and optimise model performance, contribute to AI architecture and deployment, and stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies

(Co-Founder & CEO)With Master's degrees from Oxford and KCL, Adam divides their time between running QuantSpark and Tech Against Terrorism- the world's preeminent NGO helping to tackle terrorists' use of the internet.

Anastasia is the Head of People and Operations. Anastasia joined the business as EA to Adam, the CEO, and quickly built out a department of her own which continues to expand.
Sophie joined the team in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager. They were quickly promoted to Product Lead and again to Head of Product.
Daniel joined as a Data Analyst in 2019 and now leads the Analytics Engineering Team and is an integral part of the business.
