Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
- Previous working experience in a related field, such as Fintech, is advantageous
- Positive and strong communication skills with a hands-on personality
- Exceptional comprehension abilities and the aptitude to quickly grasp new topics and tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and fluency in an additional language such as Portuguese or French
- A sustainability and value-oriented mindset, driven by a desire to have a positive impact on the world
What the job involves
- Participate in the preparation, post-processing, and active involvement in customer meetings
- Support market and competitor analyses
- Conduct lead generation activities and lead market penetration conversations to drive business growth
- Assess potential customers and partners based on success criteria, and contribute to the improvement of existing frameworks
- Streamline internal operations and automate processes to enhance efficiency
- Assist the team in partnership management
- Enhance sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Provide direct support to the Senior Sales Executive on various short and long-term issues and projects
- Enjoy the freedom to independently work on projects to foster personal growth and development
