Technical Writer, HP Enterprise

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in technical writing or information development, preferably in the software industry
• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• ITOM domain knowledge is a plus
• Experience in writing API documentation on test scripting, and testing methodologies is a plus

Desirable

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, API documentation, and release notes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences
• Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines for style, formatting, and branding
• Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation
