Technical Program Manager, Rebellion Defense

• Prior professional experience conducting program and project management work in a software products start-up organization
• Knowledge of agile software development best practices
• Knowledge of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain and hold a personnel security clearance (Secret)

Desirable

• Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
• Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and goals
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicate with senior leader to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
