Employee Experience Associate, Maven Clinic

• Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations (general facilities, repairs, maintenance) and ensure the office is tidy, safe, and productive
• Manage all office ordering and stocking (catering, snacks, office supplies) and create an organized storage system
• Conduct site walks of entire office daily and look for areas to make improvements
• Be the point of contact for all vendors providing site services (building management, cleaning staff, building engineers, food/ beverage)
• Hybrid Work & Internal Events
• Independently plan and execute small to medium size internal company events and programs that support the full employee population in a hybrid model (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
• Reception:
• Cover reception as needed, greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide building access for visitors and Mavens
• Receive and sort mail, packages, and other deliveries
• Answer questions and manage employee and guest requests
• Miscellaneous:
• Proactively identify areas to improve the overall employee experience and support special projects as needed
