Sales Operations Associate, Skai

• BA/BS required; minimum of 3 years professional experience in an Operations or Analyst role, preferably supporting Sales or Client Success in the technology and/or marketing space
• Strong project management, communication, and organization skills
• Excel/Google Sheets Mastery - must be an advanced user!
• Team player who understands success is built on helping others to be successful
• Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop

Desirable

• Manage and optimize the global Sales team's day-to-day commercial deal operations with efficient workflows for revenue closure
• Be the first point of escalation on all commission and compensation inquiries
• Support RevOps leadership with regular/ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
• Point of contact for the Sales teams’ questions and queries in Salesforce
• Support training/enablement of Sales on Salesforce workflow/process updates
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership teams as required
• Address commission questions and issues raised by the team - route detail/findings for leadership to take next steps
• Responsible for auditing deal structure and packaging for accurate contracts and deal inputs
• Manage and maintain the tech tools used by the Sales organization
