Product Designer, Bryj

• You have more than three years of experience in a Product Designer role. You have already designed and significantly improved a product and demonstrated a creative mindset mind and strong interpersonal skills in your previous positions
• Experience in product design and UX Design with a focus on SaaS platforms
• Ability to articulate clearly and communicate design decisions
• Experience in prototyping and user testing
• Fluent in English
• Excellent team spirit and open-mindedness—you can defend your ideas and question your proposals
• Highly organized with strong self-management skills and attention to details
• Proficiency and proof of experience with Figma

Desirable

• Work with the Product Management team to understand the context, issues, and user needs for the development and optimization of our platform and products
• Collaborate closely with the Product Managers and the other Designers on the team at each stage of the design process for which you will be responsible: research, sketch, wireframe, UI Design, prototyping, and presentation of solutions
• Test your design with users and incorporate user feedback into your designs
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with the different teams to help find the best solutions to the complex problems you must solve
• Follow the development and integration of features to ensure the quality and consistency of the design
• Help improve and develop our Design System
