Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in integrations and marketplace partner
- Programs & ecosystem roles (e.g., business development,
- Enablement, sales, or marketing)
- 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, including direct
- Experience with B2B SaaS, Cloud, or API companies AND working with
- Technology partners
- Successful track record of working and communicating with multiple
- Stakeholders and cross functional teams, including sales/business
- Development, marketing, product, and program operations
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced,
- Dynamic environment
- Experience working in the financial services or payments industry
- Experience working with integrations and marketplace partners
- Experience delivering channel marketing campaigns with partners
- Experience with content development, including webinars, playbooks,
- And partner enablement tools
- Experience building marketplace partner programs
What the job involves
- Build the program strategy for Integration partners, by designing a
- Long-term framework that differentiates Stripe by the partners we go
- To market with and the value they bring to our end-users
- Define and execute tactical partner programs for Integrations Partners
- Such as:
- Design the recruitment strategy with Sales to target prospective
- Partners
- Drive the partner experience, from registration to integration
- Verification to launch
- Guide the enablement curriculum to help partners build integrations
- With Stripe
- Guide the development of go-to-market tools, assets and sales
- Benefits to grow partners’ business
- Guide the partner program marketing pages that describe
- Requirements, benefits, and the value props to the partner
- Launch the Integration track in the Stripe Partner Program in 2H, with
- Particular focus on supporting partners’ GTM needs such as:
- A clear journey, benefits and requirements, improving the partner
- Onboarding experience, including partner digital experience,
- Integration review process, internal processes and dependencies
- Supporting growth programs that represent user demand and market
- Opportunity to engage partners to build integrations that meet these
- Needs working across Sales and Product teams
- Responsible for driving revenue of integrations through GTM programs
- Teaming with Partner Development Managers, create and execute sales
- Plays and campaigns that activate integrations in key industries,
- Geos, and segments for our top integrations
- Drive co-selling initiatives between Stripe and Partner sellers,
- Supporting partner initiatives, partner programs, marketing
- Strategy, partner contracts, partner scorecards and new logo wins
- And revenue tracking
- Be data centric. Build data on partner performance and report out
- Insights that inform key stakeholders. Track and measure the success
- Of program initiatives around partner adoption, engagement, marketing
- Activities, external industry awareness and input from internal
- Stakeholders
- Build globally, execute locally. Ensure that the framework of the
- Partner Program supports all global regions but allows for tailoring
- Where necessary for language or cultural requirements

Stripe, nowadays a FinTech giant, spent the first few years since its founding building up its payments business, which primarily consisted of providing an API to eCommerce businesses so that they could easily integrate a payment option in their apps or websites, where before there was none.
More recently, Stripe has started to accelerate its growth with a significantly larger range of financial services including cash advances and credit cards. They also plan to build incorporation services, fraud protection, and more, diversifying its revenue away from payments and differentiating itself from its competitors.
To further expand its position, the company is extending its services to countries with vast customer potential, including Brazil, Japan and India. It is also partnering with OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT - a win-win collaboration that is monetising OpenAI’s flagship products and at the same time enhancing Stripe with GPT-4, as it moves forward with intentions to "build the payments foundation for tomorrow's AI economy."
