What the job involves
- As the Senior Manager of the Bazaarvoice Product Commercialization you will be responsible for managing a team of senior product managers to define product strategies that ensure we’re meeting the needs of our key client personas through our overall product delivery and go-to-market execution
- Use market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes and data-driven insights to create growth business cases
- Develop and execute product commercialization strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage product packaging analysis to maximize revenue growth
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog of product growth opportunities
- Lead product management team to scale strategic capabilities
- Provide guidance on product best practices and industry trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business goals, market demands, and customer requirements
- Provide regular updates on strategies to leadership, promoting alignment and transparency
- Regularly interact with clients
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and support for team alignment, effective decision-making, and successful product outcomes
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team
