• Support basic employee inquiries through our ticketing system
• Help maintain HR data and assist with basic reporting
• Assist with performance review cycles and other people processes
• Help maintain HR documentation and employee knowledge bases
• Contribute to handbook updates and policy documentation
• Assist with employee transitions including onboarding and offboarding
• Learn our HRIS systems and help maintain data accuracy
• Support team projects and initiatives
• Handle sensitive employment matters with discretion
• Learn and grow through hands-on experience with employee relations
