Role
Who you are
- The Pedigree: Seasoned experience in a high-growth Complex Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of closing $250k+ ACV deals
- The Method: You are a disciple of MEDDPICC or Challenger and believe in the power of a structured, data driven sales process
- The Connector: You are credible in the boardroom, able to multi thread across C-suite personas (CEO, COO, CIO) to build consensus
- The Hunter-Mentor: You are a self starter who loves the "grind" of pipe gen but also enjoys mentoring our BDR team to level up the entire organization
What the job involves
- The ACV & Earnings: You aren't chasing small fry deals. You’ll be hunting high stakes $250k+ ACV enterprise partnerships with an uncapped OTE of $320k+
- The AI Edge: You’ll be selling the most advanced Frontline AI in the market. You won't just be a "vendor"; you'll be a strategic partner helping C-suites navigate the automation of the sales floor
- Pure Greenfield: We have an industry leading product market fit and a massive, untouched territory. This is a "Right Time, Right Place" opportunity for a builder
- Elite Culture: You’ll report directly to our VP of Sales, US, in a high accountability environment that values MEDDPICC discipline and strategic solution-selling
- Hunt & Close: Lead the end to end sales cycle for the world’s most recognizable retail and hospitality brands
- Strategic Architecture: Partner with our Solutions Engineers to map YOOBIC’s AI capabilities to complex enterprise pain points
- Territory Ownership: Act as the "CEO" of your territory, building a high-velocity pipeline through sophisticated outbound strategies and thought leadership
- Predictable Success: Maintain rigorous forecasting and deal hygiene, leveraging our structured sales methodology to consistently crush your quarterly targets

Our take
In a similar way to how Slack enables communication and task management in computer-based jobs, YOOBIC’s platform is tailored towards the front-line, deskless workforce. Beyond communication through its news feed and chat features, it also caters to HR and mobile-driven training, as well as task and inventory management.
YOOBIC is one of a number of startups targeting this underserved space, which accounts for around 80% of the global workforce. Though there’s plenty of competition from the likes of Crew and ServiceMax, YOOBIC has grown to operate in almost one hundred countries for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Puma, Boots, Mazda, Domino’s, Vans, and Peloton.
With good funding at its back, YOOBIC's intention is to continue its rapid international expansion while adding more industry-specific features to its product stack. Its solutions are held in high regard, having won numerous awards in the past, with the company's most recent accolade being its ranking as the 20th fastest-growing UK tech company by the 2023 E2E Tech 100 list.
