Currently enrolled in a finance-related program (e.g., accounting, business administration)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy

Experience with accounting software is a plus (Exact is an advantage)

What the job involves

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week)
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our accounts receivable process
HubSpot Hero: You will be responsible for processing invoicing tickets in HubSpot to our finance administration (Exact)
Customer Inquiries: This includes researching issues, taking responsibility for questions, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and discrepancies related to invoicing
Cash Detective: You will be tasked with daily verification of cash intakes from vendors deposited in the bank. This involves matching the deposits with corresponding invoices to ensure accurate financial records
Data Defender: Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our accounts receivable data is crucial. You will be responsible for data entry, recordkeeping, and ensuring all information is up to date
