Who you are

Experience designing at product-led companies ideally as part of a high-growth and fast-paced startup or tech company

What the job involves

You’ll join the founding team of an exciting new data/no-code startup, with funding in place, and validated customer demand
You’ll work with, and learn from some of the most experienced people in the European tech world
You’ll work with the Head of Design to set up design processes. With an emphasis on leveraging the very latest tools and thinking, including building a tokens based design system in Figma from the ground up
You’ll be working on several apps at the same time
You’ll work in squads to deliver high fidelity designs, support engineering through building & QA, and then iterate on these apps based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
You’ll work very closely with real customers and design partners to validate ideas, baking real customer feedback into the design process
You’ll use Figma to design, Jam to QA, Linear to manage tasks, and Loom to share your work
You’ll work fully remotely. We do like to meet up though and have regular co-working sessions in London and quarterly off-sites (usually UK but sometimes elsewhere)
You’ll be excited about designing workflow, data or no-code products

Tranlucent's platform consolidates data from its clients' existing accounting solutions to create a single system of record. Its app suite, which is built atop the platform, then enables finance teams to search, report, and analyse this data - with additional capabilities including live sheets and automated multi-entity reconciliations.

With every business needing accounting software, the opportunity here is huge. Translucent has already secured funding, landed some impressive individuals and is looking for top performers to fill out the team. It intends to use funds to accelerate growth, as well as expand operations and its business reach.
