Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience supporting senior executives or other relevant/similar experience working directly with executives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar), Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools
- Tenacious, driven, and a creative team player
- This is a dynamic position that will serve as the CEO’s trusted partner and requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- The ideal candidate should also have the ability to exercise good and sound judgment in a diversity of situations, balance needs and requirements of the CEO and other stakeholders, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities while remaining calm, efficient, and highly organized
What the job involves
- Litify is looking for an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant who will serve as the indispensable right-hand person to our CEO
- In this central role, you will focus on supporting our CEO in every facet of their daily activities, making you the CEO's primary collaborator
- Your pivotal role will empower our CEO to effectively lead the organization by ensuring seamless operations, offering administrative and programmatic support, and being a shared resource across our executive team
- Additionally, this person will manage and oversee our New York office
- Manage CEO’s calendar and ensure seamless scheduling for the CEO and all Executive team-related meetings and calls
- Schedule, plan, and execute in-person offsites and team events
- Manage all travel logistics and associated expenses
- Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed
- Collaborate on department All Hands, Town Hall, and other company-facing meetings and presentations
