What the job involves
- This role offers a unique development opportunity to gain insight of the Community Pass business end to end
- The Manager, Operations, Community Pass will own key commercial processes that contribute to the overall performance of the team
- This role will be responsible for Marketing and Communications for Community Pass, developing media coverage, marketing materials and thought-leadership pieces in partnership with the global and regional integrated Marketing and Communications teams, as well as managing the Community Pass presence at key events
- In addition, the Manager will manage the Community Pass budget and audit/compliance processes
- The Manager will contribute to the development of the Voice of the Customer tools to understand the needs of our customers and users
- The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and process management skills, with some experience building P&Ls and business case modeling
- Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role helps to advance the commercial effectiveness of Community Pass
- Manage marketing communications strategy development and execution, including social media, print media, award recognition, narrative development, video creation, events, and similar workstreams to build internal and external presence and achieve Community Pass goals in our target markets in Africa and India
- Develop the process for tying purchase orders, invoices and payments to the budget and reconciling it monthly with Finance. Provide financial analysis of Community Pass P&L
- Manage the audit and compliance process for Community Pass, assuring strong risk mitigation processes for scale
- Support the Director of Operations in Voice of the Customer activity, creating a feedback loop from customers and consumers back to CP teams to assure alignment with the needs of the market
- Develop business case models for Product, Sales and Markets teams
- Competitive analyses of platform services providers in agriculture, finance and identity in Africa and India
- Cross-domain commercial support to Product, Sales and Markets where needed
- Facilitate data collection and analysis and reporting and communications of programmatic results and organizational activities as required
