What the job involves

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in driving growth and expanding market reach
As the “face of LM,” you will strategically identify and qualify high-value opportunities for the sales team, engaging with prospects to uncover pain points and demonstrate how LogicMonitor’s IT infrastructure monitoring solutions can support their business initiatives

Generate Sales Opportunities: Identify and qualify high-value prospects to create pipeline opportunities for the sales team
Outbound Prospecting: Leverage technical and value-based insights to engage cold and warm leads, driving new business opportunities
Qualify Prospects: Assess fit by asking key qualifying questions to understand client needs, challenges, and timelines
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns
Engagement & Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with prospects, delivering relevant messaging to generate interest and advance conversations
Internal Collaboration & Insights Sharing: Serve as a key resource by sharing best practices, competitive insights, and product updates with internal teams
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing updates on achievements, business plans, and quota progress
