What the job involves

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver a smooth, thoughtful, and efficient hiring experience
In this role, you will support our recruiting team across every stage of the process, from initial outreach and scheduling to offer and onboarding
You will ensure that both candidates and hiring managers have a seamless experience
This position will begin as a contract-to-hire role, with a conversion discussion taking place within the first 2 to 3 months
Manage all scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews, including coordinating with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, clear communication, and a consistently positive experience
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support job postings, interview planning, candidate feedback loops, and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our applicant tracking system, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
