Manager of Revenue Audit, Bally's Interactive

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• Must have a four-year degree or other work and educational equivalent
• Must have at least two years of experience working as a Revenue Audit Manager
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite
• Must have outstanding organizational skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal and management skillsls
• Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations

• Manage the overall revenue audit operations
• Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
• Oversee daily audits on revenue, electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, Title 31, and redemption terminals
• Manage all reconciliations and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Review Audit Finding Reports on all deviations from procedures on the company’s internal controls
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Control System
• Perform other duties as assigned
