What the job involves

The Strategic Partner Development Manager is responsible for managing communication, training, enablement, and day-to-day coordination with Figure’s largest national partners
This role ensures that enterprise partners such as Lowe’s, GreenSky, and OneClick are fully supported, properly trained, and consistently engaged to drive usage of Figure’s Digital HELOC program across their field, sales, and operational teams
You will act as the primary point of contact for partner-facing communication, workflows, performance insights, and escalation management
You'll lead enablement for strategic partners
Coordinate communication across partner teams (sales, ops, and Figure’s internal team)
Create and manage partner-specific workflows, materials, and updates
Track usage and performance; identify gaps and drive increased volume
Support and troubleshoot the partner application lifecycle; recover stalled deals
Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions with internal Figure teams
Pull reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights to partner leadership
Maintain clean documentation, notes, and communication in Salesforce
Handle partner questions, feedback, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism

Our take

Figure is the largest non-bank provider of home equity lines of credit, disrupting the lending industry with its blockchain platform, Provenance. The platform works as a registry, ledger, and exchange; handling loans, mortgaging, private credit and private investment.

The company is one of few that offers users the option to leverage their cryptocurrency assets to get loans or mortgages. Betting heavily on the cryptocurrency market has presented both its ups and downs for Figure, but a successful IPO in 2025 suggests its position nowadays is steady.

As digital assets continue to gain mainstream acceptance, there should be ample opportunity for Figure to expand its reach in the future. The company's IPO was supported by Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and BofA Securities, and raised an impressive $787.5 million.
