- Strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) background, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

- Highly organized, with excellent judgment as well as strong project management and problem-solving skills
- You love modelling and enjoy the analysis that pulls a story forward from data
- You enjoy translating ideas and insights into strong PowerPoint and Excel docs
- You have a strong bias-to-action, are ultra-proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about your work with the brass-tacks pragmatism to know when to say when

What the job involves
- Drive forecast accuracy and business insight by:
- Leading capital expenditure budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Across the company
- Supporting in annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process
- Providing clear and insightful financial reporting to business leaders
- Working closely with accounting team on month end close
- Improving financial systems and processes to drive efficiencies
- Providing actionable analysis for ad-hoc projects and strategic
- Initiatives
- Understanding and interpreting technical and complex financial details
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing to develop KPI’s and business metrics to drive effective decision-making
