Role
Who you are
- Ideally, Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- +3 years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced and quantitative environment (start-up, scale-up, consulting…)
- You consider yourself a full-stack data analyst: You write SQL perfectly, you know how to work with ETLs, you’ve been using data modelization tools such as dbt, you can write simple Python scripts…
- You are also very comfortable in using data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Tableau…)
- Strong communication (written and oral), presentation-building and storytelling skills
- You have good business acumen, but you also enjoy leveraging technology to find solutions to problems
- You’re fluent in English and French
What the job involves
- Analyzing Sales Performance: You'll design and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to various leadership levels
- Forecasting & Planning: You'll contribute to accurate sales forecasts and support our quarterly and yearly planning processes, including territory and quota setting
- Optimizing Processes: You'll analyze the sales funnel to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline our sales operations
- Ensuring Data Quality: You'll support efforts to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our sales data in our CRM and other systems
