Who you are

- You have 1-3 years of experience as a process or project manager at an agency or on an in-house creative team

What the job involves
- As a Brand Creative Project Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Harry’s Creative team and broader Harry’s Brand team
- We’re a dynamic group of creative, strategic, super talented, and fun folks (if we do say so ourselves)! Our team is at the frontlines of the Harry’s brand, which is a job we take seriously… but that doesn’t mean we don’t have fun while doing it
- Our team is responsible for bringing the brand to life across all channels (Digital, Retail, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, In-Store Marketing, and Packaging, to name a few), and the Brand Creative Project Manager is the person who keeps us on track to do this
- This role will be tasked with managing all projects related to digital asset creation, with the opportunity to expand into other channels during your time at Harry’s
- Manage and facilitate a variety of creative projects, with a focus on organic social, email, and retail marketing assets
- You’ll be engaged in the creative process from end to end: briefing, creative development and reviews, and asset delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for your creative workstreams, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as the brand team, insights, retail, design, and more
- Lead pre-production of digital campaign photoshoots and oversee post production with the retouching team
- Manage vendor/contractor relationships, partner with our legal team to establish contracts and maintain usage rights
- Develop timelines and ensure our team is on track to reach these milestones
- Maintain organization and version control across all project documents and shared drives (Google Drive, Airtable, Jira, Figma etc.)
- Fine-tune creative briefs with key stakeholders and be the source of information when critical questions come up throughout the life of the project
- Forecast creative resourcing needs based on incoming requests and stay close to team bandwidth
- Celebrate our wins and help to adapt when we have setbacks
- Reporting to: Sr. Manager of Creative Operations
- Day-to-Day: Harry’s Brand Team (Creative, Communications, and Brand)
- Cross-Functional Partner Teams: Retail, Digital, Design, Insights, R&D
Our take
Harry's shot onto the scene in 2012 with the simple idea of great razors at fair prices. And at a time when buying blades felt like taking out a small loan, Harry's built a direct-to-consumer brand that made men's shaving feel modern and affordable. So, what started as an online upstart quickly grew into a serious player, landinow on the shelves of major retailers and one of the best known names in men's grooming.
The road hasn't been entirely smooth as in 2020, a planned billion-dollar sales to Edgewell Personal Care (the owner of brands like Schnik) was blocked by the Federal Trade Commission on competition grounds. At the time, this looks like a major setback, however, it have Harry's the room to keep building on its own terms. Instead of folding into a legacy giant, the company doubled down on growth, raised fresh capital and continued to expand its reach in retail and product lines.
Now, the company isn't just a small startup taking on the razor establishment. It has broadened its grooming range well beyond blade, built a loyal customer base, and proved it can compete both online and in-store. What began as a challenger brand has evolved into a mainstay of the men's personal care aisle.
