- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a sourcing and closing SMB sales (or relatable experience)
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and coachable
- General technical proficiency with software
- Salesforce or CRM experience (nice to have)

- Execute high-volume outreach (calls, email, social)
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Close deals using a consultative approach
- Maintain pipeline in Salesforce
- Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Vagaro in the market

Our take
For over a decade, Vagaro has been providing salons, spas, and fitness studios with a full suite of business management and payment processing tools, including payroll, payments, bookings, and marketing.
