Role
Who you are
- Solid commercial experience as a Product Manager within the software platforms and systems space and have helped ship products, ideally in the SaaS/B2B space
- Experience of product managing integrations with third party systems, maintaining and growing customer value from those integrations
- Previous experience in a multi disciplinary role - we value PMs who can analyse data, debate usability principles with a designer, and discuss complex concepts with a developer
- Experience using a backlog management system for prioritisation and tracking of development work e.g Jira
- Proven stakeholder management experience (both internal and external)
- Experience conducting face-to-face customer discovery sessions to understand user needs and pain points
- You are able to clearly communicate your rationale for wanting to amend current features or implement new features and back it up with quantitative and qualitative user research data
- You are a self-starter who can work through ambiguity and autonomously complete a task from start to finish with minimal oversight
What the job involves
- Play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing our products integration capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, conduct customer research and leverage your technical expertise to drive product improvements and integrations with third-party platforms
- Reporting directly to our VP of Product
- Being our subject matter expert in the ad platform that our product integrates with by staying up to date on industry trends, best practices and the latest advancements in ad technology
- Customer research to identify problems and validate solutions that align with our overall business goals
- Evaluate potential new ad platform integrations based on a deep understanding of the companies strategic goals and customer needs whilst prioritising integrations that align with our mission and objectives
- Being our subject matter expert in the ad platforms that our product integrates with by staying up to date on industry trends, best practices and the latest advancements in ad technology
- Research and evaluate complementary technologies with the potential to expand product value to our customers
- Working alongside our engineering team to help design, implement and maintain integrations
- A technical authority for the product, deeply understanding its capabilities and technical aspects
- Analysing, testing, experimenting, and reporting on launched software to gain confidence in decisions and determine success
- Product ownership - managing the day-to-day development backlog and helping to facilitate their team’s ceremonies
- Collaborating with the wider commercial team to ensure successful GTM practices
- Leveraging product analytics to gain insights into user behaviour and product performance
- Using data-driven decision-making to guide product improvements and optimisations
- Competitor analysis to assess capabilities and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentation
- Effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams to provide insights into product improvements and positioning

Whilst click fraud solutions exist to tackle this challenge, fake clicks are only blocked on the channel it is identified on and require cumbersome manual configuration to work effectively.
Lunio provides a click fraud prevention service for brands and advertisement agencies, allowing businesses to build click fraud protection profiles based on the metrics and behaviours of authentic clicks. This facilitates the blocking of fraudulent clicks from bots and malicious publishers, as well as the filtering of unintended clicks resulting from dark pattern UX design.
The growing sophistication of online bots presents a serious challenge for click fraud prevention services, but Lunio uniquely leverages its clients’ authentic click data to create smart click-blocking and filtering profiles.
