- We’re seeking an ambitious, proactive, independent self-starter to join our team
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Sales/Marketing/Admin/Customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Keynote, etc

What the job involves
- Reports to: VP Client Development
- Under the direction of the VP Client Development,, this role is responsible for supporting the client development team by identifying new business opportunities within the entertainment landscape, across a wide variety of genres, from music festivals, to ice rinks, from fireworks nights, to new immersive exhibitions, and performing a number of supporting tasks to help our team win new business
- The role is an essential part of Ticketmaster’s client development strategy, fuelling the growth of our Pipeline and Revenue objectives and helping us meet our business objectives
- Additionally, this role will be responsible for market research and funnel management and therefore, the successful candidate needs to have skills associated with identifying and following up on both inbound interest and generating outbound opportunities
- This may include, but is not limited to, decisions regarding which prospecting tactics to use, designing and implementing a research strategy, and leveraging marketing resources
- This role will also support the client development tam by tracking progress of opportunities, liaising with legal teams on contracting, and updating pitch decks
- The goal is to generate a substantial pipeline of weekly meetings for the Client Development team with qualified leads to achieve, and exceed, assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Research, identify, and generate weekly meetings with select target personas
- Qualify incoming leads for size, use case, and quality
- Conduct daily volumes of activity including emails, social media outreach (Linkedin) and the occasional follow up phone call
- Organize, track, and prioritize potential leads and existing client renewals
- Partner with wider teams within the business to drive the day-to-day interactions that identify prospects for long-term business opportunities
- Articulate the key value proposition of Ticketmaster’s products and services to key players within the industry
- Develop an understanding of the UK entertainment landscape, to identify key verticals
- Create and manage sales and outbound campaign copy, product demonstrations, and sales decks for sales presentations
- Select appropriate outreach avenues (cold calls, email sequences, social networks) based on the prospect details including Persona, Account Size, and structure
- Stay abreast and informed of trends and market data in target market segments
- Provide feedback to Marketing on what assets and outreach are resonating and provide input on improving these
- Input accurate data into Salesforce for tracking prospect interactions and information
- Keep sales and management teams informed by tracking and generating monthly sales pipeline and activity reports
- Liaise with legal teams on status of new contracts
- Support special projects as required

Live Nation is the world's leading live entertainment company, sitting at the top of the market in live events and ticketing. Formed in 2009, it is a major international company, with key business segments made up of concerts, ticketing, and sponsorship and advertising.
Despite its dominant position in the market, the company saw an 84% drop in revenue during 2020 and the closure of live events. Since then, however, demand has been stronger than ever for their ticket sales. This is a reflection that live events remain a clear priority for consumers and has been further reflected in Live Nation's acquisitions of companies - like Goodlive - that complement and bolster Live Nation's portfolio.
In addition to live events, a key area to watch for Live Nation will be the rise of online concert streaming, like that undertaken by competitors such as Driift.
