Role
Who you are
- You’ll have 2+ years of experience working in Product Marketing or a growth Product role, or content marketing, especially in B2B environments and/or tech
- Comfortable supporting a sales team and managing different requests
- You’ll have demonstrable success in delivering results working cross-functionally with a flexible, agile, and adaptable approach; used to wearing multiple hats and you won’t get easily overwhelmed

What the job involves
- We operate in an extremely exciting but also competitive segment of the market. That means we need razor sharp messaging and smart processes to distinguish ourselves from our competitors. It also means our sales team needs to be equipped with the very best collateral and insights
- Product marketing (sitting within the Marketing function) will lead and champion the amazing features being built here at Vertice, digesting and distributing the right stories to the right people - at the right time
- The successful candidate will be strategically placed between marketing, product and sales and play a hugely influential role in a critical stage of our growth
- Key stakeholder in the development of materials that support the sales cycle
- Creating killer collateral that distinguishes us from the competition and equips salespeople with the tools they need to achieve their revenue goals
- Ownership of competitive feature gap analysis, scoping out the latest development in the market as a whole as well as specific vendors we compete with, digesting and distributing this information across the business
- Helping build compelling product release campaigns, communicating the benefits of the platform to both existing and potential Vertice customers
- Working alongside the product team to ensure the scope of new features is aligned with customer requirements, market trends and correct technical messaging
- Working closely with the other team members in marketing to communicate product features and launches to the market; with clear success criteria set to acquire new leads
- Creating product articles and release logs to educate our customers on our fast-paced innovation
- Help implement and improve our resource centre with the relevant written, guided and video content

The solution is designed for finance, IT, and procurement teams.
Vertice’s founders are veterans of the SaaS scene, having created and ultimately successfully sold ScanSafe and Wandera over the past two decades.
With deep knowledge of the SaaS market, substantial resources, and crucial experience, the team behind this platform have the clout to compete against better-established competitors in the SaaS procurement software market. They have recently raised impressive funding, and will be focused on accelerating its global growth revenue, expanding engineering and commercial teams, and developing the platform.
