Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2C consumer tech or direct-to-consumer industries
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and cross-channel marketing strategies. Hands-on ability to implement as necessary
- Ability to identify and deliver high impact creative for direct response and awareness
- Expertise in TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, YouTube, Meta, and Social with $5mm+ annual budget. Expertise can manifest in strategy, messaging, creative, data, and current trends
- Self service SQL and business intelligence proficiency
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills, strong vendor management, and the ability to identify what tools are needed
What the job involves
- Drive Insurify’s evolution from a leader in performance marketing to a consumer brand that acquires a more balanced marketing mix. - Develop the company's brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Help us balance short and long term goals
- Recognize and develop high impact visual and static ad creative. Work with agencies, media partners, and internal creative teams
- Upgrade the organization's capacity to create high-impact creatives with consistent brand voice and messaging
- Excellence in brand marketing channels (e.g. TV, OTT/CTV, YouTube, and Social)
- Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product, SEO, communications, and retention lifecycle marketing to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation

Operational in all 50 US states, the platform uses artificial intelligence to sift through quotes from insurance companies to empower its customers to make sensible choices. Policies can be purchased online or over the phone, and include exclusive rates and discounts found only through Insurify.
Insurify is up against fierce competition in the insurtech industry, with other comparison-shopping sites like The Zebra, Root Insurance, and Coverhound all offering similar services. That said, the company has expanded its operations substantially in recent years. Most of its recent fundraise is cited to support acquisitions (it has already announced plans to acquire Compare.com). It is also partnering with MassMutual to strengthen its market leadership.
