3-6 years of relevant B2B experience in sales operations, strategy, or account management

What the job involves

Create and maintain comprehensive account plans
Drive quota-building strategies and attainment through effective KPIs
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and timely renewals
Track and optimize outreach and engagement activities in HubSpot
Align commission planning with desired business outcomes
Design sales processes, including client outreach cadences, onboarding, and renewals
Establish best practices for account planning and territory optimization
Collaborate with marketing on GTM strategies for new products and markets
Develop a Sales Center of Excellence with resources like objection-handling guides
Assess and improve team efficiency and time allocation to key activities
Identify tools and dashboards (e.g., HubSpot) to enhance productivity
Design and manage incentive programs to drive desired behaviors and outcomes
Track and report on critical sales metrics to leadership
Foster a community of leaders to share best practices and support high-potential team members
