Who you are

Understanding of regulatory knowledge and an understanding that marketing collateral must always be legally and ethically compliant in all channels / regions
Experience using tools such as: Workfront (workflow and compliance system), Seismic, ON24 (webinar platform), Adobe Campaign (marketing email platform) and Adobe Experience Manager (our website content management tool)
A professional marketing or project management qualification
Experience of briefing design agencies and print and fulfilment suppliers, with a good understanding of the design, print and production process
Confidence and initiatve to solve problems and work with the team to improve processes, systems and marketing output – baring our culture values (kill complexity, care more, never rest and create legacy)

What the job involves

The Marketing Operations team provides support across all elements of the Global Marketing function
The Marketing Operations Risk & Governance Manager is responsible for all change, regulatory and risk activities within the function
They will be the main contact for the Management Companies and manage the ManCo change agenda into the marketing platform
Alongside this, they will interpret industry regulatory change and assess and manage the impact on the marketing platform
This role reports into the Global head of Client Marketing
Your key responsibilities will be to collaborate with the Management Company Change Project team as the key Marketing lead to execute bespoke investor communications (mailings, emails) and audit regulatory and change impact across marketing
You will also need to manage external suppliers used in client comms on change agenda
In addition to this you will also coordinate the sign off process with key stakeholders in compliance, legal, channel marketing and the wider business; ensuring collateral is up-to-date, accurate and adheres to brand and regulatory guidelines
