Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing a Sales team
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making
- Genuine passion for technology and social media
- Fluent written and spoken English

- Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish)
What the job involves
- You will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will lead and mentor our fast-growing Sales team in Americas, ensuring that they achieve and exceed their sales targets
- You will also work collaboratively with other key departments including Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing to drive overall commercial success
- Developing Strategy: creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive company revenue and growth
- Leadership: providing guidance and mentorship for the Sales team to enable them to excel in their role and achieve their sales goals and Customer Success to achieve upsell goals
- Process Optimization: identifying areas and processes for improvement and implement strategies to achieve overall efficiency
- Market Analysis and Insights: staying on top of market trends and consumer needs in your respective global territory and adapt the sales strategy accordingly
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: tracking the sales performance of the team to identify strong performance, share best practice and highlight areas for improvement
