Are in your Bachelor/Master from an Engineering or Business School

What the job involves

As a Carrier Onboarding Management Intern, you will be welcomed into a team of 14 members, each bringing unique international experiences and perspectives
Carriers Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new carriers working with the 3PL and 4PL leaders, ensuring smooth integration into our platform. Be the main point of contact for Carriers during the onboarding phase, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your position will be pivotal within the organization, playing a central role. This will grant you the opportunity to collaborate with numerous teams both within the company and externally
Scaling: You will play a vital role in the advancement of our operation team by improving existing processes and creating innovative new ones
Convince decision-makers to implement the solution
Define tailored technical solutions with carriers
Lead, plan, design and monitor the delivery of technical integrations
Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities
Maintain our Customer Relationship Management software and reporting tools up-to-date
