• We are seeking an individual who has previous experience of working within a HR or a recruitment capacity who understands the compliance requirements of UK employment
• Applicants will be expected to quickly embed themselves into the business, to understand our culture and forge those important relationships with hiring managers. As such, a proactive attitude, confidence and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential

Desirable

• On a day-to-day basis, you will be reporting into the HR Manager and responsible for the recruitment of 20 – 30 open positions each month
• An element of the role will revolve around the retention of staff as well as the recruitment
• You will be given the opportunity to review our proactive recruitment strategy positioning us as a "preferred employer" of choice. In streamlining the attraction (writing adverts/assisting with the screening of candidates etc), interview & onboarding process (which you will also be responsible for), you will be having a positive impact on our retention rates
• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments
