What the job involves
- As one of our Product Support Experts, you will be the helping hand that our users count on, combining your love of technology with your love of helping people
- To your teammates, you will be the pulse of our users, a customer expert, always ensuring their voices are heard
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers to offer support
- Answering support tickets to help customers and free trials (we use Zendesk)
- Educating about newly released features and functionality
- Advocating customers’ requests and needs across the entire company
- Monitoring accounts to ensure that our customers are thrilled, and looking out for (and addressing) warning signs of churn
- On-boarding and setting up new accounts and winning them over from the get-go
- 30 Day Targets:
- Learn the Follow Up Boss software & product offerings to be effective in the position
- Complete all position specific on-boarding tasks, setup, and initial training
- Virtually meet all Follow Up Boss employees
- 60 Day Targets:
- Actively work in the ticket queue on a daily basis
- Answer incoming calls and complete 10 training calls
- 90 Day Targets:
- Meet or exceed KPI expectations
- Contribute at least 3 documents to the Help Center
- Contribute at least 1 product pitch

Our take
Managing estate leads can be difficult for estate agents to organize, and this reduces lead visibility for agents and results in potential clients being neglected. Whilst CRMs are designed to make this process easier, leads are fragmented across many systems which need to manually be imported.
Follow Up Boss provides a real estate lead management platform, automatically importing lead sources to ensure all data is aggregated and prioritized within the same place. The platform also provides automated CRM tools for e-mail and SMS inbound marketing, task management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
While automated CRM platforms are nothing new, Follow Up Boss has identified that a bespoke solution is not present in the real estate industry. By automating the importing and aggregation of lead data into a unified source of knowledge and maximizing it through automated CRM tools, the company claims it can greatly improve the efficiency of sales teams, help them focus on providing excellent customer experiences, and ultimately maximize company revenue.
