Who you are
- A hands-on Product leader, ready to dive into the details and solve problems with the team
- Commercially minded with the ability to execute the product strategy to align with the goals of the business
- Has exposure to a similar, highly regulated industry such as Finance, FinTech, Investments, Illiquid & Alternative Investments, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Capital or Private Markets
- Proven ability to learn new things and quickly become effective in a new space
- Demonstrable experience in building and managing well structured product teams from scratch
- Strong people management skills with experience in managing high-performing teams and supporting their career growth with progression frameworks
- Comfortable liaising with and presenting to both customers and business stakeholders with strong communication skills
- Critical thinker with a problem solving mindset
- Has a track record of owning B2B SaaS products within a start-up or scale-up environment
- Worked for a larger company or consultancy and knows what “good” looks like in a well-structured organisation, combined with experience in a smaller, more dynamic, start-up or scale-up environment
What the job involves
- Our Interim Head of Product will be responsible for driving the evolution and delivery of the Titanbay platform
- They will manage, mentor and continue to grow a high-calibre team of Product Managers
- They will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, coordination and integration with cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering and the wider business, working closely with the Sales, Onboarding and Customer Success teams, to ensure the product is meeting and exceeding customers needs
- Ownership of the product's ongoing vision and ensuring that strategic development priorities align with the product roadmap
- Building close relationships with Titanbays different user groups to understand how the product can serve each of their needs
- Collaborating with the Design, Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure effective delivery of high quality products
- Growing a high quality and well structured product capability through mentoring, progression frameworks and hiring
- Defining and owning product metrics to support data-driven decision making alongside customer feedback

Their innovative technology platform provides access to allocations in leading private equity funds, removing the high minimum commitments and investment processes that typically exclude smaller investors.
Other PE firms, such as Carlyle Group and the Blackstone Group, are also offering publicly traded stock, and thus giving average investors an opportunity to invest in private equity. However, the giant and growing private equity investment market provides adequate space for competition. In 2022, Titanbay raised additional growth capital from an impressive roster of investors - demonstrating the calibre of impact it has made in the space.
