Product Marketing Manager, Fireblocks

• 5+ years experience in product marketing or closely related areas in a B2B setting
• At least 3+ years specifically in marketing or go-to-market experience
• Experience working directly with Product and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Ambitious - Highly driven self-starter that is unafraid of building marketing strategies and produce collateral with limited guidance
• A keen observer - You are constantly learning from our customers and are eager to listen to sales calls, perform customer interviews, and keep your ear to the market. You operate with an open mindset and are constantly challenging and validating your own assumptions
• Balance strategy and execution - A strategy-oriented individual who can work with technical and non-technical teams to help them understand and create marketing strategies. You are also able to project manage and execute on highly tactical deliverables
• A team player - Cross-functional team player who excels working with marketing, product, and sales colleagues. You can effectively drive collaboration between different departments and geographies
• Passionate about technology - A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptography, blockchain, digital asset security, DeFi, Web3, and tokenization
• Effective communicator - Excellent oral, written, and visual communicator with experience turning complex topics like cryptography and cybersecurity into understandable and informative content
• Organized - You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track

• You will develop product messaging that effectively communicates how our products enable prospects to build secure, scalable digital asset businesses
• A key focus will be creating product collateral that clearly communicates the value of Fireblocks products and services
• Creating powerful content for secure cryptocurrency infrastructure services that communicates Fireblocks market leadership
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop effective enablement, programs and messaging that drive demand for Fireblocks products and services
• Work with Product and Marketing to plan and build go-to-market campaigns for new products and features
• Identify product differentiators that help sales best position Fireblocks against competitors
