Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience within business analytics
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders within a business
- Business modeling, project management, and communications experience
Desirable
- Experience of working with BigQuery
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources into coherent datasets, starting from configuring data sources to integrating analytical tools for business use
- Knowledge in one or more statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB) or general programming languages (e.g., Java, Go)
- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts, techniques, and methods
- Understanding of marketing data concepts and working with marketing data
What the job involves
- You will drive measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. You will directly analyze large data sets, and design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineers, you will tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs
- In this role, you will use a unique blend of marketing experience, data engineering, and development experience. On a more day-to-day basis, you will play a strategic and technical role in driving all things marketing data, with a strong focus on digital marketing data pipelines. You will own the end-to-end program management and delivery of key initiatives that support analytics, modelling and optimization projects and partner internal teams with strategic insights
- You will be focusing on data engineering and supporting global data requirement needs. You will be seen as an expert for any data related project that requires creating and managing technological infrastructure of a data platform
- Provide support in media strategy, measurement and optimization that require expertise in advanced analytics work; partner with internal teams in all areas including experimentation, measurement, modeling and audience science
- Deliver customer-centric, data-driven approach, based on a people-based marketing strategy to build, segment, and test audiences for best business results. Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest and organize raw data
- Develop QA processes to ensure data quality, validity and completeness before release to internal teams
- Integrate data from multiple sources into coherent datasets, starting from configuring data sources to integrating analytical tools for business use
- Maintenance of data such as cleaning, structuring, and format the data sets to make data consumable for processing or analysis
