Role
Who you are
- 3+ years in CRM development, preferably, Hubspot, including architecture design and implementation of related applications (Gong, Braze, telephony systems)
- Strong understanding of CRM CMS architecture, modules, and data flow
- Proficiency in HubL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Experience working with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
- Experience in building CRM reports and dashboards, knowledge of how CRM applications integrate with each other, and ability to enable sales on CRM best practices and related tools
- Knowledge of CRM architecture and data management best practices
- Be a self-starter. You will take the initiative to own projects and can operate well with little guidance
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple concurrent projects in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth environment
What the job involves
- We're looking for a HubSpot Systems Developer to take our HubSpot ecosystem and help elevate it into a key driver of strategic growth across the company
- In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize scalable CRM systems that support our go-to-market teams
- This is a foundational role focused not just on execution, but on building smart, sustainable systems with measurable business impact
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, and RevOps to streamline workflows, improve automation, and create scalable infrastructure that supports growth now and in the future
- Design and implement scalable CRM architecture, ensuring best practices for data flow, system integration, and module management
- Develop and customize CRM CMS templates, themes, and custom modules for websites, blogs, and landing pages
- Manage and maintain CRM database architecture, ensuring efficient data management and integration with external systems
- Optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation to streamline Marketing, Sales, and Success processes
- Develop and maintain custom integrations between CRM and other platforms, such as Braze, Zapier, or internal business tools, and optimize APIs for seamless data exchange
- Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement necessary optimizations
- Stay updated with our CRM’s evolving features, architecture updates, and best practices
- Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Strategic Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, and Growth Marketing
- Maintain detailed documentation on backend-architecture
Our take
Owner-operators make up 9% of the truckers on the road, in other words 680,000 small businesses forming the backbone of the U.S’s crucial trucking industry. However, only big fleets get major fuel discounts because they have large gallon volumes, leaving these self-employed truckers to pay full price.
Mudflap is bringing those savings to owner-operators & small fleets. When drivers sign up for the app, they join tens of thousands of users which Mudflap then leverages to drive sales for truck stops which offer discounts on fuel in return. It’s a smart model which massively simplifies the process for earning discounts compared to the old route of a fuel card which requires a credit check.
Stop managers could be sceptical about working with mobile payments in return for a promise of increased demand. However, the company provides its entire network with a Mudflap tablet through which to handle all payment transactions within the network, making it easy for whoever is behind the counter.
