Who you are
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL for querying large datasets
- Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that track business performance metrics
- Experience with data visualization techniques to present data clearly
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform data quality checks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on turning raw data into actionable business insights
- Strong command of the English language. Any additional language is a plus
What the job involves
- Join TecAlliance as our new Commercial Business Specialist Reporting EMEA (m/f/d) and become part of a team dedicated to driving Commercial Operations and Business Excellence across EMEA
- You will work cross-functionally within the EMEA commercial organization, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and correlations that inform business decisions
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards (using tools like Power BI or Excel) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics
- Performance Tracking: Monitor business performance through metrics, conducting variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and previous periods
- Data Visualization: Present complex data in visually understandable formats such as charts, graphs, and reports to facilitate decision-making by senior leadership and stakeholders
- Operational Budgeting & Analysis: Execute and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes on operational level (vendors, customers, cost centers, cost groups), provide month end closing relevant information, prepare clear and concise unit-internal reports and presentations

TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
