Data Analyst / Decision Scientist, Vinted

• Experience in statistical modelling and hypothesis testing
• Strong knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python, R) and fluency with SQL
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of marketing tracking and performance measurement in a privacy focussed environment
• Highly business-results oriented and able to connect science with pragmatic problem solving
• A good communicator who can present complex topics clearly and persuasively to different audiences
• Collaborative team player who can build relationships across the company
• Adaptable to changing environment and love learning and developing
• Exceptionally attentive to details
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Extensive data science / analytical / BI or similar work experience

• Analyse how a multitude of paid and unpaid marketing channels drive user acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue
• Support sustainable growth of Vinted by helping to understand organic marketing (SEO and ASO) impact on customer acquisition and engagement
• Help to set up, analyse, and interpret marketing CRM AB tests
• Develop marketing KPIs to track campaign and overall business performance
• Build impactful visualisations that can drive marketing investment decisions
• Pitch your findings to your team and marketing colleagues to pivot the models used to measure success
• Drive the usage of data & analytics within the organisation
• Help with ad-hoc requests (data questions and consultations, data bugs, analyses, etc.)
