Role
Who you are
- 3–7 years of product marketing or closely related B2B SaaS experience, with the level calibrated to the work you have owned and the results you have delivered
- Strong writing and synthesis skills. You can turn complex product, customer, and market information into clear messaging and useful materials
- Experience partnering with GTM teams to launch, sell, and drive adoption of complex products
- Comfort interviewing customers and turning qualitative feedback into clear findings and plans
- Good judgment about where to spend time when launches, competitive work, customer research, and GTM requests are all moving at once
- A proactive, self-directed style. You can build a new process without waiting for a mature playbook
- Experience with win-loss analysis, competitive marketing, field enablement, legal technology, procurement, or vertical SaaS is helpful but not required
- You have a "do what it takes" attitude, willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself
- You'd describe yourself as relentlessly resourceful
- You have a strong internal sense of urgency, a bias toward doing things today rather than tomorrow
- You move fast, communicate clearly, and know where process helps and where it doesn't
- Startup experience is preferred but not required
- You're excited about the adventure of building a company
What the job involves
- We are looking for a product marketer to help define, evolve, and execute go-to-market strategies for Ivo’s AI contract review and intelligence products. You will develop messaging, positioning, and product narratives that make it clear who our products are for, what problems they solve, and why Ivo is different
- You will work closely with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Marketing to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and growth. Ivo ships quickly, is expanding from legal into procurement, and competes in a market that changes every week. You will be a close partner to the GTM team, help scale how we learn from wins and losses, and keep our competitive guidance useful and current
- Be a close partner to the GTM team, giving reps and CSMs the context, messaging, materials, and talk tracks they need to sell new products and features
- Scale Ivo’s win-loss process, synthesize what we learn from customers and deals, and turn those findings into plans that GTM, Product, Enablement, and other Marketing teams can act on
- Keep Ivo’s competitive view current by tracking the market and maintaining practical battlecards, comparison guidance, and objection handling for the GTM team
- Take on high-priority GTM needs, from one-page collateral and vertical positioning to persona and use-case messaging for procurement and new buyer segments
- Bring customer feedback, recurring objections, reasons we win, and market changes back into Ivo’s positioning, messaging, and product conversations

One of Ivo's co-founders experienced this complexity first-hand, which is why the company was created to help streamline these workflows.
Whilst traditional contract workflows can slow down business, and even introduce more risk, Ivo's approach leverages AI to automate contract insights at scale. Its platform can review agreements, benchmark, uncover relationships between contracts, answer complex contract questions, and more.
Through this, Ivo reduces the workload for teams, so they can focus on actually creating value for the business. The platform is utilised by teams at IBM, Uber, Shopify and Canva, and the company has raised substantial funding to support accelerated product development and the building out of its team.
