Senior to manager-level working experience with commissions
Attention to details

Enterprise software industry experience is a must
Experience with Xactly Incent tool is a plus

What the job involves

Own the entire commission tasks and process, being able to understand the logic of compensation plans and system connection impact of the process
Work with senior executives in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Business Development, and Finance on compensation plans
Recommend, setup, and maintain compensation plans for new hires, transfers, and other changes
Recommend compensation adjustments for advances on active and terminated individuals according to findings
Reconciliation of commission accrual vs balance sheet details, being able to identify discrepancies and make corrections
Reconcile monthly commissions accrued and paid by name and by invoice
Research/compare billing system to sales compensation software and contracts for confirmation of commission earned
Prepare adjustments before commissions are finalized and transmit them to the Payroll department
Analyze and assess the accuracy of commission reports
Perform various analyses on sales performances
Provide solutions for ad-hoc requests
Collaborate with various teams on resolving commissions related issues
Helping the finance team at close and audit time as Sr. Accountant
Good knowledge of GL and system work
