What the job involves
- We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team. You have a unique opportunity to join at the early stages of our product as we take it post MVP and onto the next stage of development
- You will be the first designer to join the team and will play a pivotal role in all things product and beyond as we look to redesign our website and create marketing and sales collateral as we formally launch
- Collaborate with Product and Tech leads, as well as other stakeholders to build delightful customer experiences
- Be the champion for CX in the business, conducting user research and using results to inform design updates and developments.
- Support business in other design needs e.g website redesigns, marketing & sales content, other design
- Champion design thinking in the organisation to ensure we are truth seekers in our approach
- Champion accessibility in our UI/UX, to ensure our product is accessible for different types of customers as well as international ready
