Who you are
- Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar tech or software environment
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience within one or more non-gaming industry verticals (e.g., automotive, architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing)
- Solution Selling Skills: Proficiency in solution-based selling techniques, including the ability to craft and present compelling technology solutions that address client needs
- Advanced Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our industry team
- This role is pivotal in driving Unity’s growth within non-gaming sectors by building strong relationships with industry clients, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that leverage the full power of the Unity platform
- As a Senior Account Executive, you'll develop and execute account-specific sales strategies, present Unity's solutions to enterprise customers, and drive client growth and retention
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities, while staying ahead of industry trends to inform strategic initiatives
- By joining this team, you'll play a significant role in expanding Unity's market presence across various industries, surrounded by passionate, talented colleagues
- Drive Strategic Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain influential relationships with key industry clients to understand their unique needs and challenges
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Unity’s footprint within non-gaming industry verticals
- Solution Selling and Evangelism: Present and advocate for Unity’s innovative solutions, demonstrating how our technology can transform clients’ operations and drive efficiency
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client experience

In recent years Unity has expanded its scope by bringing its technology to new industries, including car companies, and film and TV studios who are using Unity to manage production virtually. Having completed an IPO in 2020, Unity’s capabilities are also being used by companies such as Apple and Android to create better AR experiences.
In 2021, 72% of the top 1000 mobile games and 50% of games across mobile, PC and console were made with Unity. The company operates on over 20 different platforms and is active in 190+ countries and territories across the world and continues to develop its technologies and capabilities.
