Who you are

3+ years of validated experience as a Product Manager developing and launching digital products in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of current machine learning methodologies and AI technologies is preferred
Proven success responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation
Proficient in Agile methodologies and has experience driving Agile product development
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, assess outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom
Ability to build dashboards in Tableau, and tell a story with the data
You have a curiosity about product discovery, interacting with end users to learn their needs
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with high attention to detail

What the job involves

Envision, strategize, and complete the roadmap for our CRM technology solutions. Rethink how we manage our relationship with our customers
Join forces with our Customer Care team to understand the problems and develop a vision and strategy to tackle them (using AI technologies)
Build requirements to conceptualize, test, and create experiences
Form hypotheses and run experiments to improve the customer experience and business outcomes
Work with the scrum team and provide clear requirements and planning artifacts that guide work prioritization and resource alignment. This includes our 3rd party partners
Work with partner teams to clearly communicate and evangelize vision, plans, and business results
