Who you are
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- Proven experience managing corporate travel efficiently, including handling bookings, last-minute changes, and vendor negotiations while optimizing costs
- Experience in executive support and calendar management, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and coordinate across multiple time zones
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations, such as travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or office operational issues
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and concisely, ensuring clear messaging in emails, scheduling requests, and corporate updates

- Execute seamless travel management, ensuring employee travel meets policy, budget, and operational requirements with minimal disruption
- Coordinate calendars and executive scheduling, demonstrating strategic prioritization to minimize issues in busy schedules
- Coordinate office operations and vendor management, ensuring smooth facility coordination and prompt problem-solving when issues arise
- Use business tools (e.g. Google Suite, Atlassian Suite, and Travel Desk software) to automate workflows and enhance efficiencies
- Think ahead and proactively resolve operational challenges, demonstrating adaptability in fast-changing business environments
