Role
Who you are
- Proven expertise in B2B SaaS new business sales, with a focus on GRC solutions and complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated senior experience closing strategic deals and engaging decision-makers across the French market
- Experience in solution-oriented selling, delivering customized, high-impact product demonstrations that address specific prospect needs
- The ability to systematically build, manage, and execute a high-converting sales pipeline from initial lead to closed-won
- Professional fluency in French and the ability to work in an English-first team, to communicate value and negotiate seamlessly with customers and colleagues
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to partner effectively with Pre-sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
What the job involves
- Accountable for driving growth and expanding our customer base across the French market from lead to closed-won
- A strategic commercial lighthouse, leading solution-oriented selling and establishing a strong local presence in France following our Series B success
- Collaborating across Sales Development, Customer Success, Field Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Development to shape tailored solutions and oversee complex sales cycles
- A high-performing sales professional and market builder. Continuous learning and pipeline ownership are in your DNA, as you deliver impactful demonstrations, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and accelerate our European expansion
- The Sales Team drives our strategic mission to expand Formalize’s footprint and accelerate our growth across key European markets. Based in Paris, you will join a dynamic and ambitious team, working closely with cross-functional teams across our many offices to bring our solutions to new customers
- Essentially, we contribute to our vision of becoming the leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform by empowering organizations to streamline compliance and operate safely, fairly, and efficiently

Formalize (formerly Whistleblower) delivers a reporting portal in which employees can file anonymous reports via writing or a voice-distorting telephone. Companies can view these on a case management dashboard, all of which is designed with high privacy and security.
This approach lines up perfectly with an EU directive saying companies with as few as 50 employees have to implement a whistleblower channel in their business, producing a vast market opportunity for Formalize. The company has secured an impressive client list and strong funding, which supports its expansion into the wider compliance sector.
