Who you are
- You’ve managed an engineering productivity or developer experience team previously
- Experience leading a medium to large size team of developers
- A focus on software development and engineering craftsmanship; testing, static analysis, continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
- Understanding of what metrics to drive to increase engineering velocity and quality
- Passion for mentoring junior developers and improving engineering craftsmanship
- Eagerness to learn and use new technologies and share with the team
- Experience with Monorepos and modern build systems (ie Bazel, Buck, Pants)

- Proactively identify and support optimizations and improvements to software development and engineering productivity and experience
- Design large scale systems, making the right tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainability
- Provide mentorship to junior developers in the team
- Lead organization-wide collaboration for the team
